Therefore, participants cannot bill staff, volunteers, or sponsors for any expenses incurred relative to or during Vail Gay Ski Week.
Vail Gay Ski Week shall not be held liable for cancellation of an event, given that such failure is caused by or due to the acts or regulations of public authorities, labor difficulties, civil tumult, inclement weather, strike, epidemic, interruption or delay of transportation services, or any other legitimate cause beyond the control of Vail Gay Ski Week.
Forms of Payment: Payment for services can be made with VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept Money Orders, and business or personal checks. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Vail Gay Ski Week customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If a Vail Gay Ski Week representative is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Vail Gay Ski Week may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

Pricing and Availability: Vail Gay Ski Week ticket prices are set based on the activities’ venue, hard cost, and fundraising goals. Capacity varies between venue and activity, and tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, Vail Gay Ski Week does not control this inventory or its availability, but is controlled by the various venues and follows their individual rules and guidelines. Call 1-877-845-1519 for information on availability.
Amount of Tickets per Customer or "Ticket Limits": When purchasing tickets for Vail Gay Ski Week, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each activity (also known as a “ticket limit”).
